We went looking for the answer. It took us 2.5 years.

When our founder Saranya moved to Canada in 2019, she brought something most women here had never had access to — a lifetime of wearing cotton bras. Back home, cotton was simply the standard. Breathable, gentle, natural. The obvious choice for something that touches your skin all day.

In Canada, she couldn't find it. Not a structured cotton bra. Not a supportive one. Not wire-free. Every option on the market was synthetic, and every synthetic option left her feeling the same way she could see other women feeling — uncomfortable, distracted, and quietly frustrated.

She knew the answer existed. So she decided to build it herself — while working a full-time corporate job, evenings and weekends, learning manufacturing from scratch. The first attempt wasn't right. Neither was the second. She rebuilt everything — the fit, the structure, the fabric composition — specifically for Canadian women's bodies and Canadian climates.

The Forever Cotton Bra is the result of that 2.5-year process. Every design decision made with one woman in mind: the one who has spent years adjusting, and deserves to finally stop.

What the industry keeps getting wrong.

Despite all the advances in fabric technology, sizing science, and body-positive marketing — most women still can't find a bra that truly feels good all day. That's not a coincidence. It's a design problem that has never been properly solved, because the people making the decisions have rarely been the ones wearing the product.

Women's voices — about real comfort, daily fit, skin health, and what "support" actually means to a body in motion — have been consistently absent from the design room. The industry optimised for what looks good in a campaign, not what feels right at 4pm on a Tuesday.

The moment we knew this mattered.

In May 2026, we debuted Enchantress publicly for the first time at the Waterloo Region Women's Expo. After 2.5 years of working in the background — designing, rebuilding, testing — we finally put the bra in front of real women.

Many women tried it on. They came out of the fitting room with the same expression. Not excitement exactly — more like relief. One of them said she hadn't worn a bra past 3pm in years. Another said she hadn't realised how much she'd been adjusting until she stopped.

That was the moment. Not a sales number. Not a launch milestone. Women who finally felt what we had been trying to build for two and a half years.
