What's Covered

The Forever Cotton Bra comes with a 1 year structural warranty from the date of delivery. This covers manufacturing defects in stitching, hardware, and construction.

What's Not Covered

General wear and tear.
Damage caused by improper washing or care.
Damage caused by misuse or neglect.

Conditions

This warranty is valid only when care instructions are followed. Please refer to our Care Instructions page for full washing and care guidelines.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Log in to your Enchantress account at enchantress.ca.
Go to your order history and select the relevant order.
Submit your warranty claim with a description and photo of the defect.
We will respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Promise

We want you to love your Enchantress bra. If it's not the right fit, we'll make it right.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your bra for a full refund. To be eligible:

Item must be unworn and unwashed.
Original tags must be attached.
Item must be in its original packaging.

Size Exchanges

Not sure you ordered the right size? No problem. We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Log in to your Enchantress account at enchantress.ca.
Go to your order history and select the relevant order.
Follow the prompts to submit your request.
We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.
Pack your item securely and ship it back to us.
Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
