Before you measure

Wear a non-padded bra or no bra at all. Avoid thick or padded bras as they can affect your measurements.

Measure your underbust — around your ribcage directly under your bust. Stand straight and keep the tape snug but comfortable.

Measure your bust — around the fullest part. If not wearing a bra, lean forward slightly so your breasts fall naturally. Keep the tape parallel to the ground.
